Resmed, a manufacturer of cloud-connected breathing devices was under-utilizing their Health Cloud Org due to information and process silos, and in jeopardy of abandoning their investment. Working with Agency73, Resmed designed and built a robust rules engine that generated tasks for Sleep Coaches based on synchronized device data, deflecting operating costs and on track to achieving positive ROI in a matter of months.
